[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — OYO room 10018 denied room at the time of check-in

We booked room on Dec 28 through OYO at sholinganallur OYO 10018 grand residency. We booked 3 rooms from Dec 31 to Jan 2 and paid partial payment as directed by OYO. At the time of check-in the person at the property denied check-in and he is not responding properly and he told we have to leave by 6pm which OYO dint mention earlier and he also told they won't give rooms for OYO customer, only direct booking he will give. He behaved badly with us. When we called OYO customer complaint they dint respond properly and disconnected the call. Without any refund OYO cancelled the call. I spend 6750 for booking. Please help me to get back my refund amount.
