On dated 22nd Nov'20, I booked one oyo hotel( Bookong ID: XOZU3421), But due to location issue i cancelled it within 5 Min. It was the day schedule booked so as per oyo rules it is completely refundable. But still refund not done.
On the same day I booked other oyo Hotel i.e. Hotel Viraj( Booking ID: NCLT6509) When I reached to hotel, receptionist told me i booking has been cancelled, then as per them I paid another same amount of booking. and the owner of hotel told me, your refund will get. But still now no refund done.
Like this I haved paid for two extra bookings, but Oyo still not refunded anyone.
