Oyo Rooms — oyo room service policy against customer value

Oyo room service is not good recently i faced issue like when booked through online i booked for two days with out paying money. But when i spent one day did not like the hotel want to change the hotel customer relationship manager sayan chakraborty told me as per oyo policy i have to pay whole amount which is not logical and acceptable. Why i will pay when i did not stay. Actually oyo make this rule so that they can deceive innocent people and loot thier money. So please donot book using oyo again.
