I have book 15 rooms thru oyo and paid confirmation amount rs 3767 online. Hotel property is not accepted my booking thru oyo online. Hotel replied like they have a payment related issues with oyo. When i contacted oyo customer care number to refund my money because the hotel which you were booked is not accepting as such, oyo employee who attend and listening my issues he was sarcastic about my issues just imitate same like me. I have a call record as well. What they were spoken. Totally got frustrated after tried calling them 10 more times afterwards login this complaint.
Please refund my money 3766 rs if oyo have problem with hotels it's your problem, why you oyo people are playing with public people's money?
First time i booked via oyo and you having given very worst reply as well as by saying transfer call to senior then they put on hold.. Won't reply back or come back with any solutions. Was this information helpful? |
