[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — OYO Rooms Cheating and fraud

I had been shifted to another hotel by OYO after the original hotel I had booked denied entries from OYO. They asked me to pay an extra Rs.3050/- and told me it will be refunded after I finish my check out . I checked out and called them and they made Me mail them the bills. I was told that within 14 days my money will sent but now it’s 1 and a half month. The customer representatives they have are very uncivilised people. Every time I call the helpline now they hang up on me . OYO booking ID - YWWJ2600
