[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Oyo Rooms money deducted but booking not done

The money was deducted but no booking was confirmed. Upon Calling their customer care, they only have option to talk to a person for booking, not regarding refund. Instead they were trying to make me pay for more to do a new booking.
