[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — OYO Rooms Money deducted But booking Not Done For Me

I have paid rs.689 through paytm to oyo app on 17 Nov 2022 to book hotel in Maikeri. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they are not helping. Simply keeping call on hold and disconnecting the call. I'm frustrated after communicating multiple customer care members.
This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst
