On 21 June 2022 at 7:30 pm i booked a room with Oyo 10016 hotel golden Inn my check in was from 21 June 12:00 pm to 22 June 11 am, when I reached into the hotel at 1:15 am staff said that the whole hotel is booked even after I did booking from Oyo app and the staff said me to book another hotel but i paid total amount of 1014 Rs through phonepe payment and it was already showing checked out before check in.
I am requesting you to refund all the amount that is being done by me of Rs 1014
