Hi,
I made a booking with OYO for[protected] to[protected]. The OYO hotel asked me for extra amount to check-in and the OYO customer care cancelled the booking for me promising me refund. I even got an email saying that the refund has been generated but i haven't got any refund till date. Nor do they pick up my calls for this issue. I am always on longs holds with the customer care.

Amount : Rs. 9, 270
Can someone from the OYO team get back to me with the refund ID or status? It has been more than 4 months now that i've been waiting for this refund. If not resolved, i will be forced to take legal action. Was this information helpful? |
