I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 7 april 2022with transaction amount of 1071 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking on the same time it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. Then whenever u try to contact Oyo customer support they didn't respond and they still not processed my money so kindly refund my money and solve my issueb.
