[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Oyo rooms refused my refund

I booked 3 different hotels on 21st nov hotel owner denied the booking saying that hotel is booked please book another hotel n cancel it...I have booked another hotel then also they said it's too far from Airport it's given wrong on Oyo app...n thn I booked another hotel and my payment was cut twice thn I cancel it...total 3 refund i venot received it yet...After callin they put my call on hold for half an hour saying that they were transferreing call to service department i called them many times on 21nov n on28 n 29 nov also.but finally I reached them on 1 dec...I tried many times...but when I. Talked to them they denied that I ve raised the complaint after 7 days..but I tried them many times n i personally havenot cancelled the bookings...hotel owner told me to cancelled it...n it usually takes 7to 14 days to refund...kindly please look in to matter asap ..

My refund is raised n initiated but not reflecte in my original payment method...
