Oyo Rooms — OYO Rooms Invoice not provided for online payment made for hotel booking through app

I had paid online, went to hotel, after booking the room the hotelier said that I did not get your payment and I had paid through oyo app, due to which oyo did not give me the room and I had to cancel my booking.

My refund issue has been fixed, my refund is back, in Oyo rupee form and it will be transferred to my account within seven to fourteen days.
