Oyo Rooms — oyo staff at hotel | |
Dear Sir, Greetings of the day! I would like to say about my booking, actually today i booked Oyo Room from OYO 12754 Hotel The Best, for Pardeep Chandra. I check in there at 1:22 Pm, after check-in there Manager was saying if i stayed there after 6 o'clock than i will have to pay 1000 extra from booking amount that means total amount will have to pay 1639/- That's why today i check out from there at 6 O'clock, there staff & Manager very rude he was treating very wrongly that's why today I have to checked at 6 o'clock. It's realy very bad. This is my Bad experience with oyo. I humbly request you please refund my money in my wallet because there i paid by cash.
