I opted for oyo wizard gold membership while booking oyo townhouse 118 (Gagan vihar) on 20.10.2019. Then i cancelled this booking subsequently.
After that i paid rs. 399 for oyo wizard gold membership separately without any booking through oyo app. I received the confirmation that payment has been successful and oyo wizard gold membership has been given to me (Screenshot attached). Also 3000 oyo money has been added in my wallet as the benefit of oyo wizard gold membership.
From the last 25 days i am running after oyo people. They were just telling me they are looking into it. Inspite of clearly telling them that i opted for membership 2 times, once with the room booking which i cancelled and then again, separately without any booking, they told me after 5 days that since i cancelled the booking therefore membership was also cancelled. Till date nothing has been done. Neither oyo money has been added to my wallet nor membership has been given. Just my money has been taken by oyo without any service or benefit provided to me.
