Dear I made booking on 28th December 18 morning it’s my booking I’d SMRZ2806 by default booking made for 2 days, I want for 1 days as you can check my previous bookings series I made calls to your customer care on 28 December 11 pm for change this fault I got replied we had a policy that u can change but u have to pay all that amount for two days bookings if this is your policy to cheat that customers then I am sorry to oyorooms that I am never take any services in my life from oyorooms ever been exist your system and all my families of with you to withdraw oyo service and I will post this ridiculous policy to all social media.
