Dear sir /madam,
I had booked through oyo app under booking id lbkz5610. I had booked oyo check inn service apartment nagpur for 22/07 & 23/07/2019. I had paid rs. 3235/- advance payment. On arrival the property owner demanded rs. 1800/- more. He refused check in. I called customer care of oyo, they said i need not pay more & hotel owner was waiting for mail from oyo. No body was responding from oyo. So i booked another hotel.
I reported all the details to oyo for refund, there was no response, i called customer care but i did not receive refund.
I wrote to oyo owner mr. Ritesh agarwal but even he did not respond.
Oyo is a cheater company. They are cheating customers as well as property owners.
I request all customers to uninstall oyo app & not book through oyo.
I request all property owners to cancel their tie up with oyo as oyo is not paying them on time. #logoutoyo.

My refund is received from oyo against booking ID LBKZ5610. It is resolved.
