[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Paid for booking confirmation, money got refunded but got cancelled automatically later

I booked a hotel on 29 September 2021 via booking ID YUWH9875 and was asked to pay 249 Rs in order to confirm the booking which I did. But within 5 minutes I received a mail saying booking is cancelled, which I never did. I contacted customer care and they say that booking has been done from my end and now they won't even refund my money.
