I had booked a room through Oyo helpline and Booking Id is - OG9S5525. I was informed that the charge with discount offer is Rs.479 and I can make partial payment and rest amount can pay at the time of check in. After that Oyo representative sent me a payment link of Rs.141 in my google pay number [protected] after that I made the payment of Rs.141 but before checking in the payment was not reflecting in my account. I contacted oyo helpline and representative told me that the payment of Rs.141 was failed but in real the payment was absolutely successful. Moreover oyo representative told me if I pay online, I would get discount of Rs.83 but while checking in, the Hotel Receptionist denied for online payment and asked to pay on full cash failing to which my booking would be cancelled.I am attaching the screenshot of both my payment and app please help me to get back the amount .

For your kind information, I would like to say that no resolution or refund has been processed yet. I was asked to mail with valid proofs and I did so but Team Oyo just neglected and not yet refunded my deducted money. Please stop harrassing people like this. I want immediate refund hence do the needful at the earliest.
