[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — past 3 months no refund

It seems that i really have to escalate this to social media level as oyo is not responding to my emails. Initially for the 2 months they gave me false promises every 15 days that the amount will be refunded in 10-14 days. Now for the last 1 month they have stopped responding to my emails. This booking was cancelled by oyo due to their inefficient control over the hotels. False claim of 100% controlled by oyo. Booking id kfux8213

11063 hotel suncity, Faridabad, denied to provide a room after I asked them that on the oyo app it's showing discounted rate of 700 rs, they said they don't provide room in less than 1200 whatever the deal is so eventually I had to book the room for 1500 rs . Either provide true info on the app or remove such fraud hotels from your brand name

Sir i want to close my oyo registered account, it is urgent, i don't want to run it now, and lately there is no option coming for deleting the account, kindly update it or give facility for same, it was opened by mistake, kindly give the remedy as soon as possible
