So I booked a room through the oyo app and they sent me a mail and all saying everything is confirmed but a week after When i checked the app it said that the booking has been cancelled. And when I called them up they tell us that "we" are the ones who had cancelled it and they had also sent us a message and a mail regarding the cancellation. We never got it though. Also they are refusing to take any actions regarding this and be of any help to us. They simply can't take the money and say its not refundable when we didn't get any message/mail regarding this matter. If you wanna run a service be genuine and loyal to your customers.
