[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — pathetic service and behaviour from oyo property. security issues forced to check out on first day and oyo charged early check out charges as well | |||
Booked online hotel with oyo rooms at oyo property : oyo 30251 rosebury. Witnessed the most pathetic service till date. Highly insecure and suspicious property. Had booked for the duration of april 14 to april 20. For 2 people (Me and my wife). Events followed were as under. Room earlier allotted was really pathetic. Very dirty and unhygienic. They gave us another room which was slightly better. But hotel staff asked to submit the room keys while we went out. I trusted the hotel staff and submitted my keys just to find that my keys were handed over to someone else for use (Event when my luggage was inside the room) and they made us shift to some other room at late in the night (Around 11 pm). All other things were very risky and suspicious as well which made sure that checking out from this hotel was the first thing that i would do the next morning. Had called oyo customer care very same day and mentioned the issue. I was assured of refund and they also apologized for the bad service. But to my surprise, they not only denied refund while processing, i was also charged early check out charges. Called oyo customer care multiple times. Call is transferred to "concerned department" every time but nobody responds. This is really pathetic customer service from oyo.
