I had made a booking on 16th nov 2020. Booking id- FZPB4329.
Room was not upto the mark in terms of hygiene, i had prepaid for the room. I was continuously trying to reach customer care via call and help center on app but even in 7 hours they were unable to connect me with any concern person whom i can talk to.
Poor customer service
I made a booking from other no. Which is ALIJ2136 : booking id. Just to stay loyal with oyo.. thinking i might get my refund back in few days or so.
But now as per their stupid cancellation policy they are not refunding my money.
1. I am not ready to pay for any services which i had never availed. You can check i have never ever checked in the hotel.
2. Zero customer services support system. All the chat threads were open but no one come on the screen to provide the solution.
3. Poor call center. They have their unique calling no. Which never gets connected.
4. I am their customer since 4 years or so but they does not care about customer loyalty.
All they want is money.
Poor customer service.
Worst customer satisfaction.
No staff control!
Pathetic terms with customer.
Request you to kindly help in getting my refund back.
