Oyo Rooms — Payment already done but the hotel personnel is asking for extra charges

We have booked a hotel room under OYO

*Booking Id*: P7TD5924
We have done the payment as well before hand through UPI.

Later contacted the hotel team to get it confirmed on their side. We got to know that we need to pay extra to avail the room. We already told them that we have paid the amount to OYO. But the hotel ppl didn't listen and told us that we can book another hotel and cancel this.

After so much o[censored]ps and downs I got this hotel on OYO and later I get to hear this.

Kindly please help and support us on this matter asap
Or please refund the the amount paid to you earlier on this booking.
