I booked Oyo with I'd PMKN8415 and paid 2 days amount RS 2088 and now showing payment pending of RS 6 and Advance Amount of 81414

How advance amount of RS 81414 is showing on 2 days booking?

I am unable to proceed RS 6 payment and because of it booking is showing on hold

No proper support and I am waiting outdoor
last 2 hours after booking of hotels also.

last 3-4 hours i tried for calling on oyo customer care no all times they said they will forward call to technical team and after that disconnected.

on cancellation amount is not refundable
