On November 19, 2022 I made a payment of Rs. 754/- to OYO hotels for booking a Hotel Room. However, No Booking ID was generated and No Booking Reference was given. I brought this issue to the notice of OYO Authorities by sharing the Payment Screenshot and Bank Statement showing that the amount has been successfully credited to OYO Axis Bank Account.
I spoke to my bank and even they confirmed the same that the payment has been credited to OYO.
I persistently called upon OYO authorities over calls and mails to redress my issue and refund the amount. But to no avail, I did not get any proper response and each time they asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs. Even after that duration, I did not recieve any response from them.
