Oyo Rooms — Payment deducted but booking details not given

I book room from Oyo app for hotel palash patna from 26/06/2023 - 27/06/2023 . I pay 1949₹ from phonepe UPI and booking not given anywhere...i check many times on app and email but booking details not showing...this is serious scam and i want my refund as soon.

As I mentioned above... booking I'd not given to me anywhere...I checked many time on Oyo app, email, massage and whatsapp...but booking I'd not showing...my contact no. 7352650317.
Refund my money 1949₹ immediately
