[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Payment deducted but booking not completed

I have tried booking the OYO and made a payment of 945 using phonePe App but booking not completed, again I tried and it deducted the amount of 906 again towards the Booking ID JFLB8821, I need the refund back of 945 for which no booking ID generated.

Received the refund today, I guess they tried calling me but unable to reach and processed the refund.

Hi,

I had a check in today and said I have two rooms booked which is not and made me cancel one of the booking. The booking ID which is cancelled for the same hotel ZUGY8382, I have a check in with the booking ID JFLB8821. I need the full refund as that payment was not success and goot it bookked twice.
