I have made a payment of Rs- 931 from oyo app to book the hotel indra bhawan code is - 43309 but my booking status is not showing in the app and customer Care representative saying that there is no booking from my number

I made payment from phone pay yesterday on the date 04/08/2022 of Rs 587 to the Oyo app but No booking is showing on the OYO app I also contact customer care but they said we have not any status of payment.
