[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Payment deducted but booking not showing in OYO mobile app

Hi,

I have made a payment of Rs. 5629 to oyorooms.[protected]@axisbank on 06-08-21. The UPI transaction reference number is[protected]. But booking not showing in mobile app.

Please help me in refunding the amount at earliest.

There is no resolution yet. The oyo team asked me to contact my bank regarding the transaction and I was informed the payment was successful to oyorooms.[protected]@axisbank.
Please check from your regarding the transaction.

I have made a payment of Rs- 931 from oyo app to book the hotel indra bhawan code is - 43309 but my booking status is not showing in the app and customer Care representative saying that there is no booking from my number

Hello Oyo team,
I made payment from phone pay yesterday on the date 04/08/2022 of Rs 587 to the Oyo app but No booking is showing on the OYO app I also contact customer care but they said we have not any status of payment.
Here below I mention the screenshot that payment is already deducted to Oyo.
