Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id ; AY5N6594) through call with OYO executive on 29.08.2021 with partial payment amount INR 1920 (refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

On next day i.e 30.08.2021 i received call from hotel management (mobile no:[+91 [protected]] .He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note that person have all information like partial payment detail which i made, remaining amount, location of hotel, Name of hotel, name of customer etc. Based on information i paid amount of 4568INR through UPI .

while calling the hotel before checking. I came to know at hotel reception that payment has not been received. Person who called me is not available at hotel as well as on call.

In view the cases clearly shows that its a mistake of OYO/hotel management to leak booking information or not accepting payments.

Customer booking hotel for hassle-free journey. Here i feeled that i made mistake by booking through OYO with advance payment and feeled guilty.

I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 4568

    Dear sir,

    Now question arise that,

    Case -1
    If person calling from hotel to get remaining payment then why hotel management asking to do repayment

    Case-2
    If person is not calling from hotel or any other third party then how they had information about my booking with payment details.

    In view of above from both the cases its clearly shows that its mistake of OYO/hotel management to leak booking information or not accepting payments.

    Customer booking hotel for hassle-free journey. Here i feeled that i made mistake by booking through OYO with advance payment and feeled guilty.

    I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 4568 .

      I have booked the room at 8.57am on 26.08.2021. I was get delayed of office time 10.00am. So, I just called and asked about the hotel address not recieved yet. The lady said, It will be Recieved via GMAIL also Whatsapp in few minutes. I awaited Arround 20 minutes for the response, no response from them. Due to delaying of my office, I canceled it Arround 9.19am (26.08.2021) via IVR. While, I am booking they don't even say a single word about the Policy. After the Day, I called them regarding this refund issue. At the time they strongly says after 9.00am cancellation refund not possible like they have said also they were changes the word one person to another, like Booking lady said I will receive a details in few minutes, and service department says it i'll take 1 hour to receive the confirmation, also they said I have received the confirmation already but the thing I didn't recieve any of that. I asked them why don't you say about the policy while booking. They don't have answer for it, they again and again says there is policy, policy. I spent only 20 minutes between booking and cancellation, they don't want that reason they are saying only there is a policy, . Even Bus ticket booking cancellation also have some time for cancellation and refunding policy. The only thing is, they aware how to gullible the amount from customers and they don't need any customer satisfaction and they want only money. It is my first time with OYO, They totoured Best story for me about OYO. I have lost 799 rupees on this booking. My dispointment, Is they didnt even refund least amount atleast.

        My booking id with oyo is OLHB0326, I booked a room through oyo app for the date of 28/08/2021(Check-in) 29/08/2021(Check-out) the actual check-in time and checkout time is 12pm to 11:00am respectively. As I checked in earlier the hotel charged ₹300 and my actual booking cost is ₹599, so I paid ₹900 totally, but the hotel management rushing me to vacate by 5:00 pm on 28/08/2021, as my booking valid upto 11:00am on next day, for that they showcasing my booking is only valid for 6hrs, then why it's showing 11:00am as Check-out time in oyo app. Anyway I vacated the hotel and asked for bill but the denied to offer bill. Totally I experienced the worst.

          Today[protected] I ( Arun) wanted to create a booking with oyo hotel but due to some technical issues the payment is done and the bookings are not reflect at the time of hotel arrival neither in my phn app nor in hotel reception. So I decided to check in offline.so it's humble request to you please refund my money asap.

            I had booked 'OYO 78949 Collection O Hotel Royalty' through Agoda and prepaid the full amount.
            Got an email through Agoda,
            Confirmation for Booking ID #[protected] Check-in 8/27/21

            On reaching the hotel, the hotel didn't honour the booking saying they have left OYO and will not be receiving the amount from OYO, hence can't honour my booking.

            If the hotel that OYO took my money for, has left their service, they should have the courtesy to inform in advance so I can arrange another accomodation, and should refund my money ASAP.

            I don't have OYO booking ID since I booked through Agoda, hence Agoda's booking ID.

              We have try to book room in delhi through OYO App on dated[protected]. Payment had been deducuted from my Payrm account and credit in OYO account. But Booking not confirmed after that we had been initited refund of the same amount that is 899. also I had been call many times to oyo cutomer care but still payment not refunded.

                I'd booked a room via Oyo room app today (Booking ID S4R15811) and paid the full amount through their online payment gateway.
                But while trying to modify my date I accidentally clicked on cancelled and I'm unable to do anything after that. I tried their customer care executive and even visited the hotel but their was no solution. I requested to atleast postpone my dates without refunding but they said they can do nothing about it.
                I'm very disappointed by their lack of proper support for customer in case of any issue.
                I want Oyo to refund my amount.

                  I asked your customer executive to refund my amount by they refused to refund and give me a statement.

                  I lost my 1700 Rs amount because i already paid them before check in.

                  The hotel management is refused me to checkin, because me and my partner has 7 years age different.
                  After that i'm trying to cancel my booking with Customer care, They are asking all the details and put me on hold. They put me on maximum holding time for 30 mins.
                  They are made me to hangup my call.
                  Still i'm trying for 3 days to get my refund.

                  This is a new way of fraud. If OYO is not refund my amount. I will make a video and going to spread that on Social Media.

                  I dont know why i am robbed with 60% of cancellation fee, without my mistake on my booking. Because, The hotel doesn't allow me check-in, then why they are charged me 60% of cancellation fee. I'm disappointed with the refund. 😞😞😞

                  They are not provided me a needful solution. Without my mistake why my refund is deducted 60%.
                  I'm trying to cancel my booking before an hour from my check-in time.

                  Hotel management only not allow me to check-in. After that i'm trying to cancel my booking with your customer care service for more than 3 days. your executives are not giving a good response. they put me on hold or always saying busy.

                  That's why i got this delay. Then now you are made that deduction on my refund. on this case, where is my fault.

                  Your customer service is not in my regional language tamil. That's a first drawback.

                  100% refund is i'm expecting. This is my first time in OYO. Now your response only make it that is my last time on OYO.

                  I am vivek Sambyal from Punjab last few days I book a room in Chandigarh by Oyo services. Last few day I am going too Chandigarh. I want too stay for a night Chandigarh then I book a room by Oyo in timing 8:30 and then we are going too hotel but the hotel manager denied our check he saying you're offer is end on 6:30 today then I say too manger sir I book the room today evening 8:30 then how my offer is finished in 6:30 because I booked my room 8:30 and last we are going to the another hotel and stay there. Next day I call in Oyo customer care for refund my money but he says sir I have no authority too refund you your money. Today is 2 sep and I last go too police station and get help because he not refund my amount

                    I paid Rs 813 through paytm to book the Hotel Grand Inn Oyo Room, but no booking id was generated and no status of payment was shown on the app. The money has been deducted from my Paytm account, it shows money has been paid to oyo rooms.

                        23rd Aug 2021 I booked 2 Romes in hotel sreshta hotel Hanumakonda booking I'd is OWW41074 for 5 members so the operator book for only 3 members... later I called to oyo customer care [protected] they said they can't change modification if you want for five members accommodation need to book another one or can cancell... I tried to convince hotel staff but they said need to pay extra for 2 persons or can cancel... so after somuch conversation with [protected] I canceled the rooms later I shock as I paid 3140 rs for two rooms and I got only 230rs refund with out my mistake I suffered..

                        No consumers complaining mode in oyo and they are doing fraud and looting customers hard earned money...

                        [protected] this is the consumers complaining number as they said I tried so many times but this is also a very big cheat and wasting time unnecessary..

                          I have book a oyo room on 19 aug2021 name oyo 40422 status home stay, but due to some reasons i have to cancel it, i book this room for four days of amount 4375, but stil now the amount is not bounce back to my account, i allready spoke to customer by care but no positive reply from there side.pls do the needful.i have booked this oyo from 25aug to 28ug 2021.

                            We booked room via oyo in Bhagavan lodge polur but we didn't get room... Oyo said they will refund the money... Here money is not the only point... We believed on OYO... at last we will not get room and we have to stand outside with our beloved family...
                            Do not book via OYO.

                              I have paid rs.7362 through phonepay to oyo app on 21.08.2021 to book hotel in Manipal. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they kept on disconnecting the call and keeping on hold, I never got the help or reply or any kind of support.

                              This behavior is not a accepted and I need the booking confirmation or the amount back.

                              And I would like to highlight that the Oyo customer care is not at all helpful or have support attitude.

                              My Booking ID did not get generated. I NEED ASSISTANCE.

                                  Hello Sir/Ma'am,

                                  I had booked a room through customer service,[protected], and I got booked in the wrong hotel, very far (Mahasamund, Chattisgarh) from the place I was (Raipur Junction Station).

                                  Now, As I had paid while on the call with the Oyo customer support. I have attached the photo for reference. My UPI transaction ID[protected]oyorooms.[protected]@hdfcbank) on Aug 4th 2021 at 17:51 Hours. Deducted fees for the booking amount is Rs 2837.

                                  However, I had cancelled the booking as the person had booked the hotel very far from the place I had mentioned. I have not yet received the money from Oyo. It's been 2 weeks now, I would like to know my refund status for the same and would like to process it this week itself.

                                  Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    I booked a family room at oyo in southend on sunday 15th for 1 night. We was only in the room 5 mins and the celing in bathroom caved in that wasnt all the room really smelt of damp the curtains were stained an dirty the wardrobes were all broken the bedding was all ripped and the head board on my daughters bed fell off hit the wall and the floor this was in early hrs so none o[censored]s had any sleep we could not use any of the facilities eg shower as I'm sure the whole celing would of just fell on you. We was up an checked out early as couldnt stay in that room any longer then was necessary. On checking out I made my complaints very clear and for alot of apologies but that wasnt good enough for what we had gone through I was told they didnt have any money within the hotel to offer a refund and I was offered 20.00 with an odd 2.00 coin which I found odd! The room cost us 90 which I dont think is that cheap at all for what we ended up with since I have sent numerous emails and have not yet had any responce which I think is disgraceful so I'm hoping here something could be done to settle this as I dont think I should just ignore the matter as for what we went through especially with our daughter I would of expected a full refund.

                                      I cancelled my booking on oyo on 5 aug 2021 and today its 19-aug 2021.My booking id is WHFJ2732
                                      They were saying that you will get your refund with in 7-14 days but till now i didn't get my refund also i called on their customer care no. Several times. But there is noone to help.(they don't connect cll with any person).I want my money.

                                        I was trying to book room and I gave all the details and it asked to pay I paid through Gpay amount got deducted but oyo says payment not verified I don't have booking ID as well I contacted customer service even they have no knowledge about this please help me get my money back
