Oyo Rooms — Payment deducted but no confirmation- HOTEL BOOKING A DAY AWAY

I booked a room for 18th and 19th March. I paid using gpay. The amount was deducted but no payment confirmation. Please help and let me know what's the status. My booking is a day away. I called OYO helpline but only the IVR is playing. No customer executive is there. I also used the App to chat with the executive regarding this, but no one is responding,
PLEASE HELP.
