We had booked OYO Townhouse 101 Golf Course Road, Sector-27, Gurgaon on 1/1/2022 for 1 night (1st Jan-2nd Jan) for 4 guests. We paid 3333/- via Google pay(via UPI). but haven't received any booking details. We tried calling OYO's customer care number but they just said that the booking is not confirmed and hung up the call.
Requesting for a refund. Have also attached the screenshot for google pay payment with the UPI transaction ID and other details.
