I am using oyo for almost 3years, but recently their services getting worst.i was in dehradun and booked a room on 7th december, i did payment through phonepe, but after payement oyo room is not booked, nothing showing in the room booking list in oyo.no messages, mail and notifications came.so i contact oyo customercare, but they said payment is not received to oyo bank, also said to contact phonepe support.i contact phonepe and they confirmed my payment is received to oyo bank.again 5-6 times i contacted oyo for the solution, they were like they have no idea for the solution.i was alone waiting in mainroad to get a solution.i was helpless and frustrated.i raised a complaint token.after wasting my 3 and half hour i booked a room locally.its been happened more than 1week.till now no call came, no help received from oyo.i need my refund and compensation.after getting my refund i will delete oyo forever.
