Oyo Rooms — Payment done, money deducted but hotel booking not done

Address:Super oyo collection O hotel sunshine ne index , lane no 5 , pune

Searching for hotel booking on Oyo app,
Select hotel at Pune for booking, tab given in app for payment I make payment by Paytm UPI option on Oyo app. Payment done, amount deducted but hotel booking status not recievd on any communication area, in Oyo app too, booking not confirm.
So kindly resolve, and refund may money
