Oyo Rooms — payment is not refunded after cancellation

I have cancelled a room with oyo booking id - xbcs6143. The refund has been generated but i have not received even after waiting for about 20 days. I have hereby attached the screenshot of the same. I have called customer care many times and hence waited for long but their response is not helpful. I had sent a mail which has been ignored by them. Hence posting a complaint here.
Kindly do the needful.

Updated by cyrilbastin There has been no refund initiated. There was a mail communication to ask my account details, but there was no response after that inspite of me communicating in mail that there has not been any refund. Thank you
