[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Payment issues: Money transferred from my bank account to oyo but not reflected in the app

I had recently booked a room at Pune by directly calling to oyo booking phone number. While booking they asked me to do some advance payment and for that they sent money request through upi. I have done the payment from paytm upi and the money is deducted from my account. But in the application the paid amount is not showing, when I reached to oyo customer care, they informed the transaction was not complete. I called oyo customer care multiple times and every time they are saying they have not received the transferred amount and they are not addressing my concern. I have also shared the transaction details but still I am not getting any resolution for my issue.
