[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Payment not received | |||
Sir, i have booked a room from oyo room for 25th to 27 th dec 2015 for nanital. and made the full payment in advance.when i reached to nanital the hotel person said their is no booking .then i called to oyo person, he said sir i will transfer ur hotel.the hotel he transfered was a mess, then i said to oyo person cancel my booking and refund my money. it was 8 pm .and because of oyo i need to pay 25000 in nanital for another room because of peak season, & i was with my wife and son. and till now i have not received my refund of amount 4798. so its a request to take necessary action against it. and my booking id is bmpl4839. because of oyo i suffered a lot.
