Dear OYO Team, I had booked Capital O 71872 Sahyadri Cottage, Alibhug, my Registered No. [protected]. I used only o e room, One deluxe with 3 guests but i paid the amount twice due to UPI issue, i spoke to your Agent as well on [protected] he said the refund will be processed in 3-4 working days and i have the call recording, and your service is pathetic i spoke to 5 agents but still no one was able to solve the refund issue.
