After having pre-paid on the OYO app for a OYO Collection O room booking on March 1st 2023, hotel(Dhruva's residency) denied check-in as they claimed they were not a part of OYO and they wont allow entry.
After speaking with the customer care(who didn't even have an idea the hotel was no longer under oyo), they intiated my refund on 2nd March and said the refund would be reflected back in my account in 7-14 working days.
I still have not received the amount and each time I call the customer care, they put my call on hold to check for details, engage in casual conversation among themselves, mute my call and casually disconnect the call after a few minutes. This has been happening for 4 days now.

I checked with my bank with the given BRN. They say no payment has been made from your side. Stop playing around and refund the amount
