I had booked a room with Oyo for 16th-30th June and did advance payment for all days. I decided to check out on 18th June due to the poor condition of the room and rude behaviour of management.
After explaining my issue with the customer service & escalation manager, I was promised a full refund of 18303.71 Rs within 7-14day. (Ticket ID: [protected])
It has been more than a month since I have checked out. I've been contacting customer service every week and they just keep extending the 7-14day period.
Please resolve this issue.
