This is with regards to booking ID: GFUB7582 which was made on 13th August, 2022.
I booked a room at Jageer Palace, Oyo 105355 and made a prepayment of ₹935, attached the payment proof below. The payment was done successfully but once reaching the hotel, they asked us for extra payment which was not informed to me via the app. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the booking. As a result, I was promised by Oyo that I will be receiving a refund of ₹600 (₹300 as my oyo money + ₹300 should have been credited to my original source of payment that was GooglePay). Attached are the proof for your reference.
However, it has been 16 days and I have received no update and refund from Oyo’s end & it is very disheartening for me as I have earlier been a loyal customer to Oyo and have never faced any such issue but this is really unacceptable as this is clear fraud.
Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. If this issue is not resolved, I would further file the same in the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
