I had booked OYO 6312 Hotel Paris residency by checking the pictures uploaded in OYO app which seemed good and hygienic to me from 22nd November to 25th November for 3 nights and paid the amount.
Now I went to the hotel and checked in to find out that the rooms are really bad with no ventilation and rooms are not bigger than a small match box equipped with bed and not even a proper place to walk in the room and completely different from the pics displayed while booking the room. I have raised my concerns same to them and asked them to cancel the booking/check out the moment I saw the room condition which is really a very bad experience for me.. They informed me saying since it's booked from online they can't do anything and asked me contact OYO for help. So I checked out of the hotel with in few minutes of my check in time and vacated it.
I would like to request you to give me a proper solution and refund for the same.
I tried calling [protected] number multiple times but didn't get any response from that. So am writing this mail to sort out this issue
