[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — poor facility after charging high price

I have booked a room on 17/8/2019 @ oyo high castle peer muchalla panchkula near sec 20 @ rs 1050, after checking in toilet and bed sheets / covers were not clean, no tv connection, no wifi, no a/c running, water is coming out from the windows, reception was not opened till 8am, bf was not available till 10.30 am,, pls confirm is this kind of facility oyo is providing after charging so high and what oyo can do to cover the coat, pls confirm to avoid and legal action thru consumer court..
