I booked oyo room nirula's inn opp pvr rivoli cannaught place for 2 nights on 21 & 22 feb 17. I had informed my check in time 2300 hrs. 1. Nobody contacted me. 2. No oyo logo to spot it. 3. Took 30 mins to find dusty logo nirula's inn. 4. No response to my phone by reception. 5. Oyo captain mr verma helpless. 6. Finally spotted the smallest plate Nirula's inn by chance. 7. Sentry sleeping. 8. Nobody in reception talble. 9. Sentry knocked one of the guest room to wake up manager. Frustrated i left to look for better hotel. Was this information helpful? | |||
