Below is my booking reference details. We have made full payment against the booking but when we went to the hotel they said OYO had made a fool out of you and we do not have any booking as per below details. We tried calling your helpline number atleast 10-12 times every time they come on the call and put us on hold for at lease 20-30 minutes but no response from your end. we are tired and bogged up. We do not wish to take any further action but if we do not get any response now we will we forced to put this on social network and all over the net including the web. Kindly call us back on [protected] immediately.
