I booked one hotel for 2 nights on Aug 7/08/19 booking and pay 2 days charges Rs1819/- id is no AGKO5102 hotel name I suite at pune at the time of check in power supply not available in hotel after wait one hours power supply on and I check in hotel
After that I inter the room and on TV but TV showing no signals so I call hotel staff and hotel staff told me recharge not done and not possible today so you go any other hotel
After that I face lots of problems in hotel like TV problem wi fi not working room service very poor serv order 1 hour 40 mintus room very small etc so I call customer care and I told my problem Mr souvik chetergee and he replied me tomorrow oyo will replace the other hotel (case no[protected]
Today I am start calling from 4:30 to 9:30 but your representative not give me satisfy answer after that your one representative told me oyo replace your hotel at near by location so she booked kohinoor guest house (case no[protected]booking id no VXQS7328 and she told me you check in that hotel you can't pay any money at hotel oyo refund your money and oyo pay directly to kohinoor
But after check in kohinoor staff charge rs 1378/- and told if you not pay I can't give you room so you just told me what happen why I pay three days tariff to hotel I face lots of problems this visit so i request to you kindly refund my hotel terif ASAP otherwise I can't book oyo hotel texe time and suggest friends further
