Oyo Rooms — Promised refund but stopped responding

Booked for 2 days but due to service issue vacated after 1 day.
Promised to issue refund after checkout. Collected all details and then stopped responding over email.
Any call to customer care was put on infinite hold without any response.

I still didnt recieve the refund. Please try to provide the refund as soon as possible.
The executive just made more empty promises but didnt receive the amount.
