After reaching Ahmedabad on December 23, 2023, My first call was for property manager at 7:53 He said he cannot confirm if I have booking . Then I called Oyo at 7:56 AM. They confirmed it and for verification they tried calling property manager. He did not pick their call.
I called the hotel again at 8:18 AM and he said they removed their hotel from Oyo. If I want a room, I should come and pay for it .I informed the same to Oyo team at 8:19 AM, they tried calling them again but no answer.
I told them that this is fraud taking place as they are not picking up the phone as this will verify my claim.
Oyo rep Pradeep escalated my issue Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations He told me full amount will be refunded since the hotel did not provide me accommodation and the company itself were not able to arrange for alternative accommodation.
But they still charged 100% for cancellation.
I am stressed out because I already had to shell out 1500 rupees to book a new hotel and now this. I want my money back.
