[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — property book for family stay but property not ready... oyo not returns amount | |||||
Hi team, my self luckky prasad srivastava, i have booked a mount abu property from oyo rooms app with booking id owzi4072 when on the way, i have booked 2 rooms in a 4.7 star rating property "oyo 19991 home elegant stay babbars den" for 5 person and 2 kids. After arrival in mount abu at 8.45 pm. We found that property is not ready and renovation is still going on. I have complained to oyo rooms assign manager mr. Nupur bansal and costumer care team regarding that, it is very cold today, i with my family continuous wait for proper response but oyo representative tell us "please manage" can you tell me how to manage with not satisfactory service. After 2 hours in cold night i book another property offline in cash amount. Oyo rooms not return my amount and deducted all as per cancellation policy. Kindly. They rejected my application, under case id 10195665. Customer care no. Is [protected]. I have call them many times to solve my problem but they told me that you are responsible for that, owner of property have no fault...
