Oyo Rooms — Property booked not properly and my amount not refund

My booking id J1533222 6 days night book srirangam 18 oct to 23 oct. But they not properly communication with owner he allowed one day next day kick off my family.18 th night i raised my money to oyo agent o1 nov they mailed 3277 rs refund your account then ask my account details.i send all details but they told 14 working days completed still not refund amount.
