Chasing this case for two days with repeated failures.
Booking id, cxgb2568. Booked room for two days wef 11 may 2019 at oyo 24260 nanjunada palace. Property manager didn't allow me to check in due to non payment of their dues from six months.
Called the oyo customer care repeatedly 5-6 times. The guy either forwards the call to some other department or disconnect the call. The other department has not gave a chance to discuss the problem and yet to receive my money back.
Could somehow raised complaint with partial success with assurance that they will call me back. However didn't receive the call till now.
